PHP admin panel Changes

Dear Sir, This is doable. We offer USD10/hr of rate. Can we have access of your Android and Admin code? Because, we will need to do TWO things - Admin side, may need to set crone file OR some timely mechanisum to send photo on given delay (15 mins etc.) You can change/set this delay at your own too. And same time, Android side, we will need to fetch image, coming after the every delay set. Ideally, this will take approx. 5-7 hrs. at given rate. Let us know. - Prakash WeTheDevelopers
