PHP & ansi C String Pattern Validation Function

Need a function for php 5.6 engine and Ansi C to allow for String Validations String_validation($string-to-search, $Length_Trigger, $Percentage_Trigger) function will evaluate the $string-to-search for patterns and if found will return FALSE, if not found it will return TRUE Patterns are things like: Discrete sequential numbers 1234, 5432, 987654, 0123 OR if the $string-to-search is >= $Length_Trigger and where $Percentage_Trigger of the string is sequential Duplicated Numbers are things like: String of duplicated numbers 0000,1111111,9999999 OR if the $string-to-search is >= $Length_Trigger and where $Percentage_Trigger of the string is Duplicated Example: String_validation("1234", 3, 80) Returns FALSE because all the digits are in sequence String_validation("9876", 3, 80) Returns FALSE because all the digits are in sequence String_validation("12346", 3, 80) Returns FALSE because 80 of the string is repeating String_validation("123467", 3, 80) Returns TRUE because only 1234 are in sequence and this equates to 66.66% of the digits String_validation("4123", 5,70) Returns TRUE because only 123 are in sequence and the string length is less than the Trigger length of 5, Had the length been 4 it would have returned FALSE because 123 would have comprised of 75% of the string and the threshold was 70%
