Ping tree/ ping post system that also includes affiliate tracking platform

I’m looking for a coder to develop software for a payday ping tree/ ping post system, that also must include lead management and affiliate tracking platforms. You must have previous experience in Lead generation and developing Ping Tree/ Ping Post and Affiliate tracking platforms. The best solution will be if you have some software as described so we can redevelop it for my requirements. I expect that you have previous works in these areas and can show me them. The system needs to use xml posting and API for pushing data in/out of the system. The software would reside on our own server once developed and support multiple vendors as well as capture the usual stats. The database should also support displays and desktop GUI to access and manipulate the data entered into forms by customers. If I can find the right person for the job, the potential also exists to establish a longer term relationship.
