I need a plugin designed to work in conjuction with a wp cache plugin. The varnish cache on my server or my blog cache plugin only caches after someone visits the site page or categorie pages. It then creates a static page which will be deleted when the cache expire. However the problem is that the first person who vist has to endure a longer wait as the server builds/removes previous older expired cache. What I need is a plugin that will reload server by visiting the site and all pages and categories. It shouldat like I am visiting the categorie pageI should have the ability to set a time for this to happen like minutes,,hours,days. This plugin should work on wp cron as well as off server cron if necessary.
