Plugin WooCommerce Bitcoin Product -- 2

I need a Bitcoin product plugin working with WooCommerce. The plugin will need settings such as, percentage pricing above or below (Less/extra fee %) market price so you will need to use API (We must use free plan at: [login to view URL]) to get the latest market price automatically on Bitcoin from BTC>SEK and vice versa (Swedish Krona). Also a toggle on options to switch/activate on or off the plugin and also need to price lock duration from 1 minute to 120 minutes, for an example, a customer visit the site and want to but Bitcoin and price is at that moment 200.333 SEK for 1 BTC then the price will be locked for 60 minutes if the settings is sett on 60 minutes. So it's basically a WooCommerce product but Bitcoin product, a customer buys at exchange rate specified by the admin, for example buy 3000SEK and the value of BTC will show or buying 1BTC and worth in fiat/SEK it will show and then the customer go to WooCommerce cart etc when click köp button witch means buy on Swedish. Budged is, 95USD So the help i need to be clear in steps: 1. Price lock duration 2. Status activation for the Bitcoin plugin 3. Extra fee (%) from market price 4. Less fee (%) from market price 5. Good looking design 6. Simple product details such as description and product image etc 7. API to a website to always get the latest bitcoin market price 8. The plugin should be labeled as Zeus Design - Bitcoin product 9.
