Programmer wanted for big search engine project

Hi there, We are looking for a programmer that could finish up our search engine MEKA. It’s under strict copyright and we will pay you $60 a sale of the adsense intake which will be based worldwide. Once finished then we will pay you bonus of $200 bonus just as a goodwill for finishing the project and $60 for every sale of the adsense for life.
