REKO - get in touch with local producers -- 2

I wan't to create an app that will allow local food producers in Norway (Or anywhere) to post theire products and get in thouch with costumers. Now there are several groups on Facebook where local producers post products and group members comment what they want to buy, this is meant as a better platform for both producers and consumers. It will be great for small local producers that can't sell in the normal food chains. Also it gets the producers in direct contact with the costumers without any middle men. Specifics: - When loging into the app, there should be a choice if you are a producer or a consumer. If you are a producer you make a profile with type of products, Your location/ position, payment info and so on. If you are a consumer you make a profile with basic info. - There should be a positioning function, where users can open a map and look at where the closest producers are. - Its very important that the app and profile is easy to set up for producers. - Producers should be able to post products (with description and picture) and quantity. If a buyer reserves a Product the quantity needs to be updated. The producer should also easily be able to update the quantity. - The app will not take any precentage or part of payment. The payment is between the consumer and producer, and its up to the producer to post payment info. The app just facilitates the meet / transaction. The idea is that the producers will pay a small monthly fee for using the app after a few free months. - The producer must be able to give out options of pick up. For example at the farm between 15-16 PM or at a specific event. The costumer must then be given the options of when to pick it up.. - After a consumer has reserved a product the producer should get a notice of "who, what, and when" and type of payment. - There should be a message function between consumer and producer in the app. - Design should be simple and user friendly. - The consumers should be able to rate or comment to producers.. - The app should be in English and Norwegian. I can help with the translation into Norwegian. - As an admin the app should hopefully be easy to "manage". It must be made for both Iphone and andriod. This is all a draft and I'm open for more suggestions. I'm thinking a fixed price for the app, and later if it is a success payment by the hour for potential changes or modifications.
