Set up a html/php script/gui that will create, adjust & run crypto miner on local machine

Okay this may sound like alot but i think the only real scripting will be the html/php, the software is already made and can be ran from command line so basically most of the following paragraph is just a few commands & configuration i think. I am developing a decentralized windows application (by turning a wordpress site into a exe) and one of the functions i want is your able to go to a specific webpage that will have all the settings for the cryptocurrency miner BTFS ([login to view URL]) & on pressing "create" it should create the miner on the users machine, i want the GUI Dashboard disabled, the command line daemon hidden, i need it to automatically check the in-app balance and automatically withdraw to a specific wallet when it reaches 1100 BTT and they should not be able to modify it. The user should be able to adjust settings at anytime & shut down or run at anytime. The stats should be shown on the webpage but not the balance or time to earn. I would also like something to measure how long the miner has stayed active, how much storage is being used, average upload speed & overall data usage & maybe add it to mysql database or something? this data will be used to pay the user accordingly. Note: This is not malicious the whole premise is creating a large pool on a decentralized platform to earn the platform specific crypto which is payed out due to combined hash rates.
