We are a small local business in Recoleta, Buenos Aires. We have an audience of over 100,000 expats and locals. We would like to update our website, add a professionals section and an Ezine to 'nationalise' our project (online) and generate income via non-intrusive click ads, lateral services-products advertising and product placement. We seek a competent all-rounder who can advise the most cost effective way to market who is strong on code, design and techniques required to build and monetize our audience. In the first instance, we seek someone who can fact-find, research the Internet and pull together the best templates, applications (add-on code) to meet our aims in the most cost effective way. We are told there's no need to recreate the wheel - look for someone who is used to dealing with SMEs restricted by budget.
