some social media platform

i need help making a social media network i have attempted this on my own but not everything is working as it should i know some php im not a complete noob but im still learning but i need a social media network where users can add friends chat post comment if anyone wants to look at the code i started feel free to mssg me ill be glad to send you my code basically i want features kinda like facebook or twitter and i can go back and style it later but i just need it to function i built the login [login to view URL] built database users, posts, comments , friends, likes , friend_request, ect but i understand if you as the developer wants to build from scratch thats fine i cant afford a high price for this so please go gental on the price for me and maybe we can code together i think im just lacking a few things but im stuck lol so please if any one out there wants to help me i would really appreciate it and as long as the price is in my budget so thank you all in advance
