Dear Sir, I have read initial high level details and attached document, it looks like a large scale Web Application for SAAS based HR platform for the staffing recruitment industry is required. It will have Payroll, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Govt. Reporting and Financial administration as back office along with registration, Job posting, ESS, Job Boarding, Supplier Management, Contact Management, Activities Placement, Reporting and other features mentioned in the requirement document. Since this is a big project, so we really need couple of meetings before finalizing everything as for such projects, at least 5-6 dedicated developers are required.
