upgrade my magento version

As a system administrator at a hosting company I have applied many patches and upgrades for Magento 1.9 systems, especially since Magento 2 has come out. Since this is only a minor version upgrade (i.e, already from the 1.9.3 branch) it shouldn't take very long. There may be some issues if core Magento code has been changed, but I can check that ahead of time.
