Urgent PHP Development and Wordpress Tweaks

I'm looking for an experienced PHP developer with a strong background in WordPress with a good knowledge of AJAX and MySQL to make changes to my (Freeio)theme based website. . - **Layout Modifications**: The first aspect of this project is to alter the layout of the site. Specifics on changes I need are freelancer profile card view modifications, FAQ section in freelancer's service page, freelancer details TAG input should be multiselect option. - **Functionality Improvements**: Additionally, I'm looking to improve the functionality of the site. This include review system, freelancers on service search bar, highest rated freelancers listing with required condition, freelancer can post one service for one category, message files should be visible for admin. 1. Only Verified Freelancer should be displayed/listed on website. 2. Review systems like Fiverr 2.1) Rating and review box should display when a service is marked complete by user in service history. There should be a transition on complete mark ie, Message box should be closed/disappear and rate us and review section should fade in. 2.2) This review for a particular service completed by freelancer has to be shown on freelancer profile, under reviews section and on that particular service page, under reviews. The user who bought the service everytime can review that service only one time each. [login to view URL] Files access In service order history, under message box, Files are not visible for admin. Files should be accessible for admin. [login to view URL] Icon on advocate In the freelancer profile page, in services section, the layout of service card has to be modified. It's image icon is extra large not proper that icon should be small and the image in place of icon should be default set for each category of service. [login to view URL] Service Post Advocate can post only one service at one particular category, that service can be edited, and has to be deleted in order to post a new one. System reads each service as a category, for example; a freelancer can post only one service for Rental Agreement (ie, one category read by the system) and can be edited by freelancer. To post a new service of Rental agreement the old one has to be deleted. [login to view URL] Home Page: 6.1)Freelancers on Services Search bar On search bar, when any user search for any service(using service keyword) only freelancer should be listed down who will be providing/posted that particular services. 6.2).Highest Rated Freelancer At Home page, the listing of Highest rated freelancers, the placeholder has to meet the condition ie., complete their total of 20 services, to be displayed on this section. [login to view URL]'s Dashboard 7.1)TAG multiselect option: At Freelancer description, To fill TAG section we need multiselect option as an input instead of text input. 7.2) FAQ Display: On Freelancer's service page, FAQs section is there in backend for input but their is a display problem for FAQs section. 8. Email Setup In general all mails notification are enable but sometimes there are cases when it doesn't work, you can check from WP Mail SMTP, unsuccessful mails. But it's not any specific type of mail that make problem. It's mostly random. Login id icon: When any user is logged-in in site, when he switches to any other page from it's dashboard the logged-in icon at top right corner changes again to initial log in button but after refreshing the page it updates again to user logged-in id . (Freelancer is termed as Advocate in our Website.) I need this project completed urgently, so I'm looking for someone who can work quickly and efficiently. Your experience in WordPress, especially with PHP custom coding, will be crucial. Please provide examples of previous work that demonstrate your ability to make similar changes to a site.
