I want someone to design me a page in wordpress.

well i want you to design me a very simple web page in wordpress where i can show google ads. I want you to design me exactly the same thing as this link: [login to view URL] when you open this link it will show a button "contuine to website" . I want exactly soemthing like this with ads at the bottom and top. thne when the main page opens you can see its layout. i want exactly the same layout. I have a wordpress site i can give you my details or you can modifiy a template of your choice but i want it done in wordpress so i can later on add all the information for that page. I would be showing images, texst or videos using that layout. in the above case they have shared an image but i might be sharing text or video too. so i should be given some options in my wordpress what to share. for example, i may want to share some text with an image or video with some text. but it should have those next next button so i make user click next next next to compelte my story whatever i shared.
