I am looking for a website designer and programmer to develop a classroom management platform centered around goal tracking and progress monitoring. The site needs to be student friendly as they would be the ones setting, tracking and monitoring their own goals. It must be user-friendly and visually appealing. Students would be able to create and monitor daily "to-do" lists, track goals, schedule meetings and create plans for success. Teachers would be able to view and comment on individual student profiles and track progress using a class view. The site would need to have a student view and teacher view. This will be a long term, ongoing project. I expect this project to be completed in 2-3 phases; after each phase the program will be piloted with students so it is important that the website be very secure.
