WooCommerce Shopping cart - Subscribe user to PHPlist

I need to add a subscribe to our email list within the WooCommerce shopping cart. Generic or copy and paste bids will be ignored. Please demonstrate the requirements have been read. - thanks * This will subscribe the user to an Existing install, and existing mail list with PHPlist * These modifications will either be via a Storefront child theme, or a plugin. * The subscribe option will be via a check box and text just after the confirming the sale terms and conditions in the checkout process, for Example: [ ] Subscribe to our newsletter, or <a href = [login to view URL]> find out more </a> * The check box will be default unchecked * If selected the user will be subscribed to the mailing list when "Place order" is clicked. * The name and email address already existing in the cart/checkout process will be used to subscribe. It is not intended to use the PHPlist subscribe form as this would require the user to enter their name and email twice (and hell, thats easy. I could do that myself ). Your bid will indicate preferably which of a custom child theme, a plugin or both you are bidding on (I have no idea how much work is required for a plugin). Your advice would be appreciated. Testing and development will be done on an existing and working development site before going live on a main site. Logins and passwords etc will be provided to the winning bidder.
