Working with Wordpress

Looking for developers that are willing to grow as IT developers. I myself am I fullstack dev with soon 20 years exp. I have worked in enterprise level for the last 10. E.g. largest real estate portal in Finland. I'd like to build an international team around me to work under my supervision and learn enterprise level coding and design while working. Work approval is done via git pull requests, a process where we'll iteratively enhance your level and get quality code as a result. We would start off with basic level knowledge, and the first would be produce a responsive wordpress site to promote selling more affordable wordpress sites. It will have a webshop that lists a few packages. I am constantly getting requests for larger projects too and I am hoping to find my reliable team here. for those we would probably be using php 7 symfony2 or nodejs at the backend, angular 2 (typescript) (maybe with ionic) in the front. At this very beginning state, I am able to only offer 1$-5$/h depending on your skill level, but more importantly I pay by education. You will know all you need to know about PHP 7 (oo php) Symfony2 Doctrine ORM Javascript and Typescript (front and backends) Working with git, submitting work with pull requests Using package managers like Composer and npm Using the command line Different database engines Building apis and the list goes on You should know at this stage basic knowledge about building websites, so you can use the Wordpress platform to create a site with given parameters.
