Hi, I am looking for assistance solving a PLC programming issue I am having trouble on. MUST have experience directly using the P1-540 or productivity 1000 line of PLCs/Modules as well as own one so you can proof the code on your side before meeting. Please include "I am not a bot" as your first sentence in your proposal to be considered. I have everything tested, wired, and running. Except for the timer function. Particular issue: 1. I want a conveyor to move forward until a forward prox sensor is reached. 2. Once reached. Use a timer to count to 5 seconds. 3. Once 5 seconds has passed, reverse the conveyor. 4. Once a reverse prox sensor is reached, stop conveyor and use a timer to count to 5 seconds. 5. Then send conveyor forward. 6. Repeat continuously until a input switch is turned off. 7. Pause anytime a secondary switch is pressed.
