USA based Product Roadmap/ Executive/ Idea to Sales

In a nutshell - Job is to check what I have built and help me convert it to what will sell. Million $$ question. Isn't it? You will be a consultant for 60 hours. This is two in one position. I need someone for few hours (10 hours per month) who can do two things. 1) Product Management -- who knows what is out there.. How we should create a roadmap based on competition, features, what will sell and figuring out Why we should build if we build something? How it will be used? Who will use it etc. 2) UI/UX Experience - Once we know what we need to build in coming months, we need to decide UI/UX/ Experience for our real users In some sense - you MUST have business development background who can take concept to the market. You should be able to identify the target market audience. We are looking for someone to come on board, review what we have and suggest changes with one goal - get real customers in 6 months or less. It is safe to assume that this is for senior/ executive level person who has been involved in business development, sales, marketing, Product Market Fit etc. role. To give you an idea -- My SaaS deals with eCommerce sellers and buyers and deals with finalizing pricing for a given product between them. If you can think/ play these two roles in this industry (B2B or B2C eCommerce), we can speak. For apple to apple comparison - think about 10 hours/ month consulting/ analysis/ work from you for 6 months between now and June 30. In other words 60 hours project.
