I need a programer

Create a search engine / web app that will allow an operator to easily search and receive availability, stock, and quantity of parts using a combination of multiple identifiers for example Part Number, Manufacture code. The web app should allow the end user to upload a list for bulk search on multiple part numbers. The second part of this project will be to make this Search Engine / Web APP connect to external data sources via the web and provide the same results. The web APP will need to be secured as it will connect to external data sources via the internet for the second part of the project.
