Drupal created website required for casino site

I am looking for a webdesigner to produce a website that will provide information about casinos. The website will be similar to <[login to view URL]>. I would like the site built using Drupal in a PHP/MySQL environment. Web designer must have a strong grasp of the English language and knowledge of the Spanish language, would be useful but not necessary as content will be provided. Also knowledge on how to create clean URL's is requested. The site will be called [login to view URL], and a simple, but smart looking logo should be created using the key words CasinosLatinos. Graphics such as star ratings and casino icons also needs to be created. Experience with CCS would be recommended as there will be a ratings table on the homepage and at least one supplementary internal page. The navigation will be vertical with casino games and relative information. There is a large amount of content that will be included within the site. An example of the site layout can be provided. All text content for the site has been generated and will not need to be created.
