Travel Link Building

Description I am looking for freelance link builder who would like a long term business relationship and who has a sound search engine marketing experience and can build highly targeted one way links around our targeted keywords. We have over 50 customers who are looking for link building expertise and if successful, we would be willing to continue working together on more projects. To start I require 100 inbound links all related to Travel – Car Hire – Airports As part of the bid you must give me previous successful link build projects You will not submit any links until I have OK’d them. Therefore you must submit an excel spreadsheet to me, listing all of the links (along with the PR) of all of the websites you hope to approach, before you approach them. If you are not happy with this, please DO NOT BID. PLEASE PLACE “I want to Travel” in your bid, to confirm you’ve read this information; otherwise you bid WILL BE IGNORED. If you are a link building professional you will know the drill but I will reiterate. All links must match the requirements below. 1. Links must be from English language travel related websites only 2. Link should be one-way back link from Google which is Indexed and Cached by Google. 3. Links must be permanent - No paid / rented links. 4. Links must all be inbound, static, permanent links. (No Junk Bots) 5. Links must all be visible to Spider Bots; Page Rank Value must be transferred to my site. 6. Articles may also be submitted as part of the Link Building process. 7. All of the LINKS must be manually submitted, no software or bots. 8. NO mirror sites, link farms, spam sites, orphaned link pages, cloaking, 301 redirects, FFA or framed pages. 9. One link per IP address and not more than 2 links from one and the same C class IP 10. Linked sites must be active, NOT construction or with "Lorem ipsum" or similar dummy text 11. Linking page should have no more than 30 outbound links on it 12. PR2 minimum and up for the linking page! 13. No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. 14. Link page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the <a> tag must not contain the rel=nofollow attribute 15. Contain the target key phrase as an anchor (full list will be provided) 16. No African, Indian, Chinese IP address 17. Create and spread links OVER a time SPAN of 4-6 weeks 18. Link page will ALREADY be indexed and RECENTLY (within last 3mths) cached by Google. 19. No link exchange programs 20. No redirects, unethical or black-hat tactics, hidden links etc 21. Links from websites that already link to the website will not be accepted 22. NO hacker, illegal, pornographic or generally black hat sites 23. Link can’t be within a frame or iframe. 24. No JavaScript or redirect script. Half of the money will be released after you have finished the first 50 links, the balance on completion. We reserve the right to reject any link not found suitable or not meeting the above requirements We will provide you with anchor text/ descriptions/ URLs You will Provide a report that notes a) date the link was made, b) exact URL link site, c) exact URL link IP address, d) exact URL link Google PR (page rank), e) Anchor Text (should be from list of keywords) If everything goes well, a long term relationship will develop to promote other websites as stated above.
