Good day! I am highly interested in your project that you have posted. I have working in an Administrative environment since 2010 (assisting my dad in the Office). For the past 4 years I have been working at Oakfields College from the Admin side and managing their Social Media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram . I have a Higher Certificate (NQF LVL 5) in Performance Arts, Drama and I  have completed several short courses in Graphic design, Digital marketing, Sales training, Sound Recording and First Aid. I was P.A to the principle, school marketer and captured data thereof, I was also production assistant and well, I really was the P.A to the whole college. I indeed learnt a lot from "behind the scenes" at the college from the Admin and production side. I have substantial knowledge for Microsoft, Adobe and I know my way around the PC. I also designed many posters, newsletters, info-graphics and brochures for different events/productions for the college. So I do have substantial knowledge of graphic design and software needed (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, In-design e.c.t). I also assisted the Marketing manager with posts and stories for social media. I had to take photos of all events and lay out a marketing plan for posts for the following month. I'm in tune with the technology and software of today. I also have experience in teaching/lecturing online and in person. My company has hosted conferences at the Sandton Convention Centre for 7 years in a row. The Event had 2000 delegates over 2 days with reknowned international speakers. The budget was R5million and the turnover was R12million. I did the all designing of the branding, the printing of event material, ticketing and project management. I have many years of experience in both content creation as well as project management. Given that the scope does not provide details, I would recommend a full briefing meeting that will take 1 day, planning period and budgeting of 1 work week, execution with planned timelines along with project budget (including all stakeholders) with weekly progress updates and meetings with critical stakeholders to ensure timeous delivery. I already have a network of resources I can tap into, and am able to source resources at a decent cost to ensure we remain within budget. I would need the full project description along with the desired outcomes to fully plan the journeys as well as the audiences the events are aimed to attract. I will caution you that the timelines are tight for February and March, but not unattainable. Therefore your response would need to be prompt to expedite the process. I would require 50 % of the full project upfront to confirm/secure bookings with vendors and 50% 15 days after the event post mortem.
