Convert 12 PSDs to HTML

Hi, I am looking for someone to help me code/integrate 12 PSD files to XHTML. Must be cross browser compatible (including with IE 6 and 7, but nothing earlier than that) here is a link to all the sites to be coded: [login to view URL] Notes: 1) The expanded checkouts are NOT separate pages. They only show what happens when the box is unchecked, and the form pops out. 2) the file titled "upsell offer pages 1, 2, 3.psd" contains 3 of the pages. They are in seperate layer folders (just check/uncheck the eyes to get to each of them) 3)The 2 survey pages are shown as jpgs. The full PSD will be ready by tomorrow. Please only bid on this project if you are capable of regular updates, and respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. I expect the files to be given to me each day as they are done (ie do not hold onto them all until the very end).
