I'd like to keep my bid short and crisp. The requirement you have is a fairly simple one which involves basic webscraping. The way I'd like to achieve is: -> A simple HTML parser(already available) for extracting content from the file/site -> Find a specific word if it exists in the file -> If it exists, extract the image. This could be done using 2 ways, 1 using extracting image from the HTML tags, second is through individual pixel extraction (which is what you've requested) -> The image can be extracted through simple image manipulation or tag extraction ->If you wish to, even the contents of the image can be extracted using OCR if need be..
