Interior Design and 3d Rendering

Unit #00-49 I would like to design a simple bridal shop. I would like to hire someone who can plan, design and make 3D Model with photo-realistic renderings. The winner will receive the plans and current pictures of the place. The current place is a bare unit with a partial patio/mezzanine. Our goal would be to extend the mezzanine so it would become a two-storey/floor space. Flooring is to stay as it is - cement. We would like the theme of a industrial look/arty farty/black & white concept. As the original floor plan is about 1200 sqft, the designs have to utilise all space available. After fully making the mezzanine it will become 2 storey. We need maximum utilisation of the space. We need two rooms - one on ground floor along the odd-shaped area 250 sqft - one on the second floor. approx 100 sqft Preferably next to the windows. Two changing rooms - one on first floor, one on second floor. Light points & power points clearly shown in drawings/3D The most important part would be we need to have clothes racks on the walls, thus we can have more racks when we fully utilise the space. The layout has a odd-shaped corner. For that particular corner we would be doing up a partition room of about 250sqft I would need to see examples of similar projects you have done. You need to speak fluent English because we will be talking to you through out the project.
