Have experience in retopologizing and deleting stuff;) However, price varies if you'll need textures, baking, etc.

I have been doing 3D art, specifically game art for over 10 years. I do a lot of retopology due to the fact that I'm a character artist. I could also unwrap the model and bake the details onto the vehicle if you would like.
