Special Project for Anelye (Research of Pet Supply CRM Programs Italy)

Background: We need to analyze the current status of CRM Programs in six European countries (Poland, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and France). Our focus is the pet supply retail and pet supply online shop market for B2C. We are interested in detail insights about the kind of CRM Programs, their mechanic and their offers. Your task: You have to research and fill out the answer of a prepared excel questionnaire for your country. The questionnaire includes: - 12 questions regarding the whole market (eg: Identify the five major CRM programs in pet supplies in your country) - For each program (maximum of eight) we have 72 questions, but lot's of them are simple yes/no-answers (eg: Does the CRM program use incentive coupons? Yes/No) In addition to the questionnaires you have to deliver screenshots/downloads etc. of your work (eg: We are interested in the application forms for the CRM Programs. In the questionnaire you will answer which fields (eg Name, Pet Name etc.) are asked and additionally you will send us a screenshot of the online form). Timing: We will send your the Excel-Sheets on 13th of January and you have time until the 22nd of January. In the week until the 27th we might have some questions to your questionnaires you have to answer. Communication will be via chat. We need one researcher per country, so 6 researches for 6 countries. Each researcher has to be a native and living in his country. The research is to be done in your local language, only the questionnaire and the answers in the questionnaire are in English.
