Lead Generation and Appointment Setting ( $200 commission per month per client)

Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to utilize outbound methods to discover, contact and acquire new potential clients. Your success will be measured on the number of successful appointments booked into our schedules, and pay depending on how many of those appointments turn into long-term clients. We are looking for someone who is experienced in at least two of these contacting methods: cold-calling, cold-emailing, cold messaging. Responsibilities: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Engaging potential clients through multiple channels such as cold-emailing, cold-calling, and cold-messaging, among others. Delivering professional, persuasive communications to generate interest and book appointments. Ensuring the seamless handover of leads to our sales team. Collaborating with the team to enhance business development strategies. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in outbound lead generation and business development. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales applications. Compensation: We offer a competitive payment structure with a fixed price of $200 per client, per month. To illustrate, if you manage to secure five clients who last for three months, the total remuneration will be 5 x 3 x $200 = $3000 (spread out throughout the 3 months).
