Looking for a Sales Associate (Software, Digital, SaaS products)

Denta is looking for a Sales Associate (commission based) with a strong sales record and business development skills. Denta provides Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Workforce Compliance software and services, so it is ideal if you have experience in selling software applications/products. If you are hands-on, ready to close deals, and contribute to startup growth, then look no further. The role and responsibilities include: - Growing existing and new customer base through lead generation in assigned territories. - Creating and executing sales plan and strategies that meet the company’s revenue growth plan. - Meeting customers and prospects to understand their evolving business needs. - Achieve or exceed assigned sales quota in designated territory. - Develop long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers. - Attend conferences, tradeshows and industry meetings to promote Denta’s products. - Provide stakeholders with sales updates and accurate forecasting. - Maintain up to date sales records through CRM cloud products. A successful candidate would need to: - Demonstrate a sales track record and overachieving sales targets. - Demonstrate effectiveness in new business development and lead qualification. - Work effectively in a startup environment. - Have strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Be an effective team player with a strong drive for success. - Have experience selling digital products with a subscription-based revenue model to dental companies of all sizes. - Be passionate, self-motivated, and flexible.
