Telesales/ telecalling for generating real estate leads and converting to site visits

Hi, We are a real estate brokerage firm based out of Mumbai, we deal into residential sale and rental apartments, out target segment is mainly HNI, Corporates, Consulates, top executives of companies, expats and NRI's. We are looking for someone who is extremely pursuasive in telesales and convert a cold lead to a warm lead and translate into site visits. People with contact details of top corporate board of directors, business owners, NRIs and their email ids etc will be an advantage, good hands on experience in internet research tools for email id search and validation is required. Fluency in English is must and would also desire Hindi speaking person. We can look for a short term and if satisfied then long term association. Since the calling would be mainly to people in India hence would prefer local freelancer. Apart from fixed, we will also offer incentives for any real estate deal closure, be it sale of rent.
