Need a SEO Team not single Must have team

Hi I run a large SEO Firm located in Irvine,CA near L.A, I mainly only work with Attorney's and Doctors. I have more then 55 clients. I have currently 26 SEO freelancers that work with me for my clients keywords. Most of my clients have us work on getting them to page one of google with 2-5 keywords for each client for starters. Each keyword fee will be spoken together to come up with a price that works for me , your team and my client. My clients DO NOT pay my firm until the given keyword/s is on page of [login to view URL] So, your team will not be paid until I get paid for the page one keyword/s At this time I am getting to the point of dealing with to many single seo guys and its overloading me. Would like to have just a few seo teams handle all my clients work, But keep in mind my clients want quick results. Looking for long term partnership.
