We are looking for a talented Head of Content to join our team. Requirements: Experience in managing a team of copywriters and content managers or experience in journalistic activity or experience in writing sales texts or experience in promoting a content project or individual content sections of the site; Fluency in the Polish language at the level of a native speaker; Preferably: A good SEO background and understanding of search algorithms (the question "Why does this or that text rank higher in search results?" should not put you in a dead end); Experience with SERM and reputation management; Experience in developing landing pages, conversion analysis and A/B testing; Experience with analytics systems, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.; Basic understanding of UI/UX, infostyle, AIDA; Functional duties: Development of content sections of websites. Increasing the number of people using content, time spent on content pages, engagement Monitoring the work of content managers and SEO specialists to increase organic traffic Increasing the conversion from traffic to leads from content sections (applications and subscriptions to content mailing) Creation and implementation of a reputation management strategy Supervising the creation of landing pages that sell, as assigned by the digital marketing team Development of project youtube channels. YouTube channel development strategy, search for contractors for video creation, TK and control of their work, video optimization and analysis of results Strategy for the development of social networks of projects. Monitoring the work of SMM specialists Building end-to-end content analytics (determining the effectiveness of different types of content and how they help end sales, i.e. the number of clicks, associated conversions, registrations, subscriptions to content newsletters, etc.).
