SEO Provider To All Our Clients Websites, UK team Preferably

Hi, We need an SEO team with good communication skills, excellent SEO skills and good prices to provide SEO to all our clients. I own 3 web design companies in England and we are to busy to carry out SEO tasks for our clients so I am looking to outsource every client I get that requires SEO. Last year we completed 100 websites and have over 50 SEO clients. In 2011 we are looking at obtaining over 80+ SEO clients, so whoever bids needs to be capable of doing SEO for 80+ websites. What we are looking for is the following: 1. We would like 3 packages to provide our clients, Bronze package (this will be simple SEO for small businesses), Silver package (for medium businesses), Gold package (for bigger companies that want to target large keywords) 2. I would like my clients to be able to communicate with the person who is doing SEO on there website, so either they will need to phone directly to speak with the SEO team and ask questions or we will need a chat facility putting into our website that will enable our clients to chat to the SEO team. 3. Our clients normally pay monthly so I will need a monthly payment plan in place for each package. Ideally whoever we choose to provide SEO to our clients will be based in the UK, we need good communication link between our customers and the SEO provider. When bidding on this I need a full breakdown of packages you provide so I know that I can resell these to my clients, if your SEO is too expensive we wont be able to resell therefore keep your prices very reasonable.
