2 site to be made SEO

I have 2 websites that I want optimized for search engine friendliness and placement. [login to view URL] and GayTies.com. These are on the same server, but each site is very different and has different seo needs. 1. [login to view URL] sells (Joomla software, php5.3, lenux server) 35 different music teaching products. My thought is that page titles, metatags and descriptions need to be on the pages that are linked to the home page. PLUS, on the 5 product category pages (all products, Guitar products, keyboard products, etc) PLUS ALL 35 individual product pages listed under "All Products." Here I have done most of this work already. The other pages may not be important, but I want you to tell me which pages should have this search engine information, and which pages should be excluded/blocked from search engine crawling. I know some pages have errors like stop words and too many metatags - keywords so these need to be fixed. I also want you to check out and improve my site map as well as to control crawling. Fix and fine tune whatever else will improve SEO. 2. [login to view URL] is an adult personals meeting/social website. (VLDpersonals, Php5.3, ccs, lenux.) I have less knowledge as to what to do and I am not sure what pages are important. I will rely more on your judgment here. But, again, I am concerned with the same issues as [login to view URL]: titles, metatags and descriptions controlled crawling site map improvement and whatever else is important to correct errors and enhance SEO. When you place your bid, give me as full a description as you can of what you feel needs to be done to makes these 2 site search engine friendly and optimized.
