Access 2003 VBA Function to consume a webservice.

We need four VB functions in Access 2003 VBA that will accept parameters from the application, consume a webservice and return a string SUCCESS or ERROR-ID-CODE-DESCRIPTION These functions mirror the webservice, documentation for the webservice is attached.
