Work on an existing forecasting web app with other programmers - Re posted

We have an existing forecasting web application for medical laboratory sectors, developed using angular and .NET with some ML algorithm (Facebook prophet) for a time serious analysis. The application takes a historical laboratory test done or/and historical laboratory reagent consumed as an input. It then applies time serious analysis on the data and tries to forecast possible laboratory tests that will be done or possible laboratory reagents that will have been consumed. The application also has various other forecasting methods We are looking for an additional programmer to work with the existing programmers in various features of the application.
