I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . I Need a to turn my Raspberry Pi - Any into a Music Server for a Coffee Shop. 1- A good music player with all the basics options a player should have (just like iTunes), Playlist, Shuffle of the Playlist, Repeat a Playlist, and so on... 2- Volume Standardization: All tracks must play at the same decibel level 3- Automation: If there is a powerful outage, the device should start automatically when the power comes back and the music should start with the last playlist it was playing. Turn Off and Turn Back On at a specific time (example: turn off at nights). 4- Been able to program the playlist will be crucial, example: Monday - Playlist, Tuesday - Playlist 2, and so on.., Also been able to shuffle the days of those Playlist will be nice. There are special dates, for example: Christmas will have another Playlist, Halloween, Independence Day, and so on... 5- Been able to control from anywhere the device via a browser. Even add or remove files from the device and Playlist. 6- Important: Been able to install it in as many devices I want. I think this covers it all up. I have 2 options, a Raspberry Pi and a Jide Remix (Android). I prefer the raspberry Pi since it has a 12 usd option.

Hello! I would like to design this project for you in java & python for Rasberry Pi. The program will consist of primarily adjusting each audio file in python to play at a constant volume, during file uploads, then generate a random playlist choosing files dependent on the day of week, then play each file through the audio jack. Additionally, the software must have its own sleep mode, waiting until the next day to continue playing the music. For the control panel & files, music files can be stored externally, so the program can work with USBs or external hard drives. I can also allow the raspberry pi to run a webpage, although this adds unnecessary costs. What I would recommend instead is a desktop Control Panel application, enabling you to control the bot from anywhere without paying for a domain name, or for unnecessary upkeep, added traffic etc. Relevant Skills and Experience I actually have my own raspberry PI to ensure that the software works. I have experience in designing servers in addition to playing sounds through Java. If you are familiar with Linux I could setup an MPC/MPV server, that way you can stream the music from really any device. However you would need to SSH the music into the PI. Relevant Skills and Experience I work, play, and do just about everything on Linux. Proposed Milestones $155 USD - MPC/MPV Server Setup I would SSH into your PI and set this up, correct?
