AWS Lambda function to process Kinesis video stream

Require a AWS Lambda function written in Java using the AWS SDKs for a video streaming application . The function needs to take in a Kinesis data stream event (produced by a Rekognition stream processor), then use the information in the event data to pull the associated stream fragment from Kinesis Archived Video and then parse the stream fragment and extract faces as jpg images from the stream fragment and save these jpgs to an S3 bucket. I have python code to do most of this but am having difficulty as the python api (boto3) does not have functions to parse Kinesis streaming video. If you can do this quickly in a few days I have tons of more work for you.
