Database Management

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows Access. I am looking for a database management for 200+ individual, who can log in using I'd and password The database should be able to record daily productivity, errors, schedule adehrance etc on day to day bases Should be able to compute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly productivity, accuracy, schedule adherence Should be able to generate and plot all graphs and dealing in one click should be able to forward individual details reports to users via email with the help of outlook I should be able add comments to individual and forward the same with the productivity, accuracy and other heads details Individual should be able to access their performance based data by login through employee ID I should be able to add, create additional header for reporting purpose Entry done by users in the database should be aligned to there process and sub process automatically I should be able to validate the entries made by resource post my validation the should not be able to change the records I should have all the reports process wise, sub process wise, individual wise, and as a whole group. Individual should be able to get detail reports about their performance and should have comparative study option based on the Goals set for them from time to time I should be able to customise database on the basis of Goals set, which can be changed from time to time I should have an option to upload and download reports in Excel format in an pre defined format Only I should have the option to review all reports and make changes PDF attachment should be available should be able to generate productivity wise, accuracy wise, schedule adherence wise, Manager feed back wise ranking and final score based on the smart goals Time line is less than a week. Upmost quality and accuracy should be priority
