The online bingo game we want to develop is a free bingo game application that can be used on PC or smartphone. The BINGO does not require account registration or application installation, and can hold a bingo event simply by sharing the URL. And user can join by Twitter, LINE, Whatsapp, Messenger app ==================== How to use (Organizer) 1) Admin opens the bingo admin panel. 2) admin set the winner rate / winner ranking with reward / event time / numbers of join able people. 3) admin issues a Bingo card URL then Share the URL using LINE, Facebook(messenger) or Twitter, Instagram, tictok, whatsapp 4) once the event time comes , then bingo event is started automatically. *user information is displayed with the SNS account name on the admin panel (if user joined from twitter, then Twitter account name and joined time is displayed in the user list) 5) winner is also displayed automatically on the admin panel =================== How to use (Player) 1) Player Click on the shared URL to join a Bingo event then bingo card is created and distributed to each player (one user = one card) 2) When the event time comes, bingo game is started and cards and the winning numbers automatically reflected on his bingo card. 3) if he win, win page is displayed on the PC or smartphone. 4) once the bingo game is finished , winner name with ranking is displayed on the page.

I also developed a few games for android using unity. For your project i can build you exactly what you want using flask and some javascript to make the bingo experience fun and estethic. I like the concept of no login. We can achieve that using cookies. Unity would be an option too, as unity also comes a webplayer to play games in the browser.
