I have a chat program in Delphi 7 with a raise hands feature to show when they want to get on the voice chat after the person who is on the voice chat. The problem is if a new user joins, the hand is not shown to the new user who joined the room. The hand should always be raised until the user who raised it decides to lower it. This is a Delphi 7 project.

Hi, I'm Tiago, professional developer for more than 13 years, with vast experience in Delphi, including version 7. I have worked with Delphi 7 for about 5 years implementing and maintaining decision support systems, and other projects like that. After that I was also the responsible for migrating a 500k lines of code codebase from Delphi 7 to Delphi 2010, including modifying third party components, adapting existing code, etc. I also know how to do most things in Delphi including Indy clients and servers, which seems to be what you need. Because of my vast experience with this technology I don't think there will be any issue completing this project.
