Python Script to integrate with gspread

Hi, I'm working with a database of names, contact details and information fields on Google Sheets that I want to turn into usable text documents. For an example, a row will contain name, phone number, email, what kind of business they have and the service requested. Ideally, the script will pull those details and put them into a document that can be easily shared, one document to be created per row. It would be helpful if then each row was flagged in some way so that it would not be downloaded the next time the script was run, i.e. only new rows generate documents. An example Google Sheet can be seen here: [login to view URL] I already have the Google API running and can call down and print the information using gspread, but can't figure out how to get the data out in the way that I need it to share with others.
