In order to replicate and extend the results of the study titled "Optimization and analysis of a hydrogen supply chain in terms of cost, CO2 emissions, and risk: the case of Turkey", I require a professional with a comprehensive understanding and working experience in supply chain management and environmental science. The model that we employ is from the seminal paper of 'model_A. ALMANSOORI and N. SHAH'. They only added few constraints which are in the model paper. Key Aspects to Focus: * Cost Analysis * CO2 Emission Analysis * Risk Analysis The tasks to be handled should focus on three major factors: delivery distance, production method, and storage capacity. All of these aspects need to be analyzed keeping in consideration various integral constraints, including: * Terrain: The geographical layout and the complexities that come with it. * Infrastructure: Existing infrastructural setup and potential modifications if required. * Transportation options: Analysis of different transportation modes and their cost-effectiveness, risks, and environmental impact. The ideal freelancer for this job should have a good understanding of environmental studies with a focus on green supply chains, a strong background in quantitative analysis for cost and risk evaluation, and experience in dealing with geographical constraints for supply chains. Prior experience in similar projects will be highly appreciated. I recently came across your study titled " Optimization and analysis of a hydrogen supply chain in terms of cost, CO2 emissions, and risk: the case of Turkey" paper and was impressed by its methodology and results. As I am interested in replicating and possibly extending this findings. 1. The model that they employ is from the seminal paper of Shah and AlMansoori. They only added few constraints which are in the paper. 2. The data are already in the paper given at the appendicies. 3. They used Gurobi 9.5 which were the available versions at that time. And that versions are almost the same in terms of time. You can use the latest which will be faster. They used python to code the model. They used Spyder and MS Excel for coding and data manipulation whenever necessary. 4. You can check or phd thesis which is available in the attachment. Could you please check that papers and help me with writing the pyhton code?
