Build a Website

Please read thoroughly and see attached document before bidding! This is not a website design task, but a database interface development project. Basic (clean) Bootstrap styling is acceptable. Looking for a full-stack developer or a small team. I am demanding in terms of speed of execution. Quick and dirty is good. Create a website with the following sections: 1. Patients 2. Concepts 3. Drugs Subsection: Indications 4. Conditions 5. Findings Subsection: Associations 6. Guidelines Subsection: Criteria Subsection: Action The section titles should be in a top navbar, with the sections in a main page below. Each section is a separate page. For each section page, - List the items in the database for that model in table form. Please refer to attached document, fields that must be displayed in the table results are marked with one star (*). - Search box with autocomplete for values in certain columns (marked with two stars in the document, **). - Table columns sortable alphanumerically ascending/descending by __dropdown select__ (not by clicking on column header) - Pagination for models with a high number of records - Link to edit each model in its row - Link to create a new model at the top of the view For the edit/create view: - Form containing functionality to edit all fields as specified in the attached document. Fields can be text inputs unless otherwise specified (dropdown for fields with fixed value choices). - Field validation for all fields as specified in the attached document. - Autocomplete select for references between models, à la Stack Overflow tags. As you will see there are many references between models such as caused_by, associated_with, etc. Ease of creating references between models is a #1 priority. - For Drugs, Findings, and Guidelines, there are "subsections" that are nested within the edit/create view. In this case, the edit/create view should be split into two columns: left column for the main model, and right column for the subsection(s). If there are two subsections, then the right column is split into two rows. The right column should follow the same principle as the left column, i.e. provide means to edit and create new indications (for drugs), associations (for findings), and criteria or actions (for guidelines). The difference is that the subsections are always in reference to the currently selected model. Stack to use is: Ruby/Thin/Sinatra/SQL/Backbone.js/BackboneCollection.js/Bootstrap Requirement: 100% AJAX with no page reloads. Alternative stack propositions will be considered if they make sense, but Ruby is a must.
