Fix SQL to sort by month. (script to show count on agreements each month)
select to_char(date_start,'mon yyyy') AS ds, count(id) AS count from t_agreements
WHERE date_start IS NOT null
GROUP BY to_char(date_start,'mon yyyy')

Hello,
I reviewed your SQL Script and I already have a solution for you.
With the modified SQL script you will get results sorted by month (for each year).
And as you mentioned output data will not be changed, it will be the same as it's now.
Thank you.
