Dear all, you will find below a presentation of the task I need to be carried out:
I have collected data for a range of 22 zoonotic infectious diseases, this includes their countries of emergence, ecological reservoirs, fatality rates and geographical distribution (region).
Afterwards, I've classified these diseases into 2 main categories, namely diseases transmitted from wildlife, diseases transmitted from domestics animals and 2 sub-categories: bat-borne diseases, and diseases with mosquitoes as a vector of transmission.
On the other hand, I have gathered data for 3 dimension of diseases drivers : human, livestock, and ecology. For example, in the human tab, I have figures on population, rate of urbanisation, and health expenditure. All data gathered are sorted in dates and regions.
What I need you to do is to assess these data, through R Studio, to find any strengths of correlation between the diseases attributes (especially geographic) and the drivers in every region. Ultimately, this will help to propose an appropriate management for diseases control in different region of the world according the results. I do not require an analysis from you, but only the results from R Studio (along with your explanation).
Please find attached the excel sheet with every data described above, feel free to ask me any question. This is something that needs to be done asap.
