As long as I can monitor the servers, I can setup logging for who joins and leaves and setup scripts to look for unusual behavior or traffic usage. I will move the server to any more secure protocol if needed (inside openvpn, of course) and keep things up to date, and only perform large updates overnight. I only expect to work 2 hours per day max on average but this can be more volatile, this definitely is not a job that necessitates anything full time. I will do everything in my power to uphold your privacy and make sure your privacy and intellectual property stays intact with as little disturbance to your company as possible.
