I'm in need of an expert to create an automation system on [login to view URL] that sends SMS notifications to my clients regarding their invoices. The system should follow a clear flow: - Inbound API: The automation should receive information from an inbound API. - Shortening the URL: The URL included in the SMS should be shortened through Short.io. - SMS Provider: The final step of the automation is sending the SMS with the relevant data to the clients. For this, the system should send the information to Clicksend. The accounts are setup and I have a solid starting base. The only issue I am facing is: 1. when the API sends data to [login to view URL] a new link is generated each time. I need a process involved that checks if the invoice link is in a database, if yes, don't generate a new link and send the SMS to the client. If no, generate a short link, store in a database, send SMS to client.

Instead of generating a new link every time the API sends data, we can implement a process that checks if the invoice link is already present in the database. If it is, we can avoid generating a new link and directly send the SMS to the client. If it is not present, we can generate a short link, store it in the database, and then send the SMS to the client. This solution will optimize the process and ensure that the clients receive the relevant SMS notifications without unnecessary link generations. I’m able include an additional flow to connect to your database, and check whether the invoice link exist in the database, before making the API call to clicksend. Please let me know more details(what database you are using and your current setup etc) so we can discuss on the timeline. Thanks :)
