QTP and SQL back up person

I am working on automation from last 5 years. Which will help me to teach "What are challenge in automation and how to face them.". Apart from QTP I know other testing tools like Ranorex. I have developed hybrid framework for QTP. I am good in c# and having basic knowledge of SQL. To learn QTP : 1) it's good if you know some scripting language i.e. vbscript. 2) should have some basic knowledge of automation concepts.
